OverstockBay does not participate in negotiations, pricing, or quality assurance.
All transactions are at your own risk — please verify the legitimacy of offers before proceeding.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Post fraudulent, illegal, or harmful content.
Spam other users with unwanted messages.
Use the Platform for activities that violate any laws.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

7. Fees

Currently, registration and listing on OverstockBay are free.
We may introduce paid services in the future with prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content on OverstockBay belong to us or our licensors.
You may not use our name, logo, or content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

OverstockBay is not responsible for:

The quality, safety, or legality of items listed.
Any disputes, damages, or losses between buyers and sellers.
Any errors, downtime, or interruptions in the Platform.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold OverstockBay harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
